Let's Do the Time Warp Again

Oddly enough, I've been trying to live my life a week ahead of time. Much like the classic time travel motif, I have been thoroughly unsuccessful, which as turned out to be a marvelous thing indeed. Firstly, there was the major Spanish paper- panic! But I found out from a friend that it's not due until NEXT Monday. !Que superbuenisima! And that important meeting, not till NEXT Saturday. Although we did drive far to get there, at least we got to visit my friend's grandparents instead (very nice people).

More great quotes:
"This music makes me want to twirl knives." -Dad
"He didn't kill anyone, no, but he did go to Siberia" -Professor Mang referring to Fyodor Dostoevsky, author of Crime and Punishment
"...some of my short stories books, which I lent to you all without taking a pound of flesh, are missing." -Mrs. D
Then, when learning about the use of smilies in American poetry, Mrs. D asked us all to come up with a simile of our own to share with the class. Will's was,
"A win of state football is like the slaughter of a fattened calf."
Ya! Just like that.

Or my personal favorite, the local newspaper's web site's index and main page:
Articles
Sports
Newspaper
Classified
Job Listings
Deaths
Classified Ads
Jobs
Puppies

I sure as heck can find a job, but I can't find the 'Puppies' section of the paper!
